A big Thank You to everyone who has helped me, supported me, and encouraged me in this campaign! Your time, energy and belief in me has made this campaign successful!
I came in 5th, which I think is phenomenal considering I'm simply a mom and a taxpaying member of the community who believes whole-heartedly that we, as a community can get our district back on track!
To the over 10,000 voters who believe in me, my promise to you is this:
I will continue to ask questions, dig for answers, propose solutions and become an actively involved member of the community with the 622 Board. Also note, that I am more than happy to have company on this journey. Only great things can come out of a community coming together for the common good.

School Board Meetings
- School Board Meetings are held once a month (see schedule). If you are unable to attend a School Board meeting in person, you can view it's rebroadcasts on Channel 20.
- Meeting Agendas are posted before the schedule School Board meeting.
- Meeting Minutes are available to review what was accomplished at the school board meeting.

Don't have cable? Did you know that you can receive FREE Universal Cable to watch community programming? (I was informed by a Comcast representative, Free Universal Cable will only be available for community members until February 2009, as cable is going digital).
The good news is I have some ideas to help with this issue and I look forward to bringing those ideas to our School Board Members. |
